To access statistics and history tracking, you may create an account using Google Sign-In or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. AceType is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
We collect minimal data necessary to provide the service — including your typing results, preferences, and account information. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
All content, branding, designs, and code on AceType are the intellectual property of AceType and its creator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
AceType is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of results, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.
In no event shall AceType or its creator be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of AceType after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
